lol, not only is that introspective and cathartic, it's an eye opener for me too!
lol@vigilance.. you know I thought of that for so long and when I enabled moderation, I removed it, thinking it's stupid! Vigilant is a more legant way to descrive it ;)
Good one.. gives a cathartic effect... Adding one more to your list..
